MALAYSIAN SUPER LEAGUE: KUALA LUMPUR -vs- TERENGGANU

July 7, 2023 2:08 pm

Terengganu FC striker, Engku Nur Shakir admitted that the team’s attack machinery needs to be sharper in the mission to win against Kuala Lumpur City FC, this Friday.

Personally, this 25-year-old player also felt that the one goal he managed to achieve last Monday against Kedah Darul Aman FC was not satisfactory and one of the factors was the absence of import pillars such as Ivan Mamut, Argzim Redzovic and Jordan Mintah in the match.

Although that one goal managed to give them victory, a significant weakness can be seen from the attacking aspect that failed to steal the best opportunity to add to the score until the final whistle.

Thus, Shakir believes the team’s strength will increase after this, especially in the mission to take revenge on Bojan Hodak’s squad after they lost in the semi-finals of the FA Cup last week.
