Seven Clarets set for international action on Friday & Saturday
Seven of the Clarets away on international duty over November could all play for their respective countries on Friday and Saturday in their first scheduled fixture of the break.
Darko Churlinov, James Trafford, Arijanet Muric, Dara O’Shea, Josh Cullen, Wilson Odobert and Connor Roberts could all be in action on the 17th & 18th of November.
Meanwhile, Ameen Al-Dakhil, Zeki Amdouni, Luca Koleosho, Johann Berg Gudmundsson and Sander Berge were all involved on Wednesday and Thursday night for their native sides this week in their first fixtures.
Friday
Darko Churlinov (North Macedonia) v Italy 7:45pm (A)
North Macedonia and Churlinov kick off their November fixtures with a 2024 Euro Qualifier against third placed Italy on Friday night in Rome, in which is a crucial fixture for the hosts.
Churlinov and his side then entertain Gareth Southgate’s England side on Monday evening in Skopje with the Three Lions heading to North Macedonia having already qualified.

Saturday
James Trafford (England U21s) v Serbia 4:00pm (A)
The first of England’s November double-header qualifiers sees the Three Lions travel to Serbia on Saturday afternoon, where a win would see Lee Carsley’s men rise to the top of the group after four games if Ukraine lose on Friday night.
The Young Lions then host 6th placed Northern Ireland on Tuesday evening as England look to take a step closer to securing their place in the U21 Euros.

Josh Cullen & Dara O’Shea (Ireland) v Netherlands 7:45pm (A)
The Boys in Green travel to Amsterdam on Saturday night in the first of their two international fixtures to take on the Netherlands, who are level on points with third placed Greece in Group B, in what is a crucial fixture for Ronald Koeman’s men.
Ireland, who are unable to qualify for the 2024 Euro’s through the automatic places, host New Zealand in a friendly in their second fixture on Sunday.

Wilson Odobert (France U20s) v Belgium 4:00pm (A)
The November international break will see France’s U20 side come up against Belgium in two friendlies.
Odobert was also named in the Les Bleus squad in September, where the youngster featured for Thierry Henry’s side in a victory against Slovenia.

Arijanet Muric (Kosovo) v Switzerland 7:45pm (A)
Muric and Kosovo travel to Switzerland on Saturday night in a 2024 Euro Qualifier, where the home side and Clarets teammate Amdouni come into the clash knowing a victory would seal their place in next summer’s tournament.
Following the meeting with the Swiss, Kosovo will still be looking to seal a place in the Euro’s via the play-off route as they host Belarus at the Fadil Vokrri stadium on Tuesday.

Connor Roberts (Wales) v Armenia 2:00pm (A)
Victory against Armenia in Yerevan on Saturday afternoon would be a huge boost for Roberts and Wales, as Rob Page’s side currently sit second in the group but level on points with third placed Croatia in Group D.
The Red Dragon’s then host Turkey in Cardiff on Tuesday night, where Wales’ qualification could be secured depending on Croatia’s results against Latvia and Armenia over this international break.
